Every bullion product, collectable, and gift is manufactured to order Monday to Friday in Hobart, Tasmania.
Thanks to increased production capacity, our current lead time for most orders is approximately 3 to 4 weeks from order to dispatch, and we are actively working to reduce this further.

Bank Transfers - Payment Terms
Once an invoice is issued, the price/s that appear on an invoice are locked in based on cleared funds: within 4 hours for gold and 6 hours for silver.
Pricing may be reviewed according to market rates if payment is not recieved within these cut-off times.
Please contact your bank to check processing times and payment limits.
For large transactions, ask your bank about doing the transfer for your by RTGS (real time gross settlement).
Cast Bullion vs Minted Bullion
Cast bullion is created by casting molten precious metal in moulds, left to solidify, polished and embossed. It may have natural imperfections as a result of the casting process, making each bar unique.
Minted bullion is created by striking round and rectangle blanks (or other shapes) of precious metal between engraved dies, on all surfaces of the metal. This creates a uniformly finished product.
