Bank Transfers - Payment Terms
Once an invoice is issued, the price/s that appear on an invoice are locked in based on cleared funds: within 4 hours for gold and 6 hours for silver.
Pricing may be reviewed according to market rates if payment is not recieved within these cut-off times.
Please contact your bank to check processing times and payment limits.
For large transactions, ask your bank about doing the transfer for your by RTGS (real time gross settlement).
Cast Bullion vs Minted Bullion
Cast bullion is created by casting molten precious metal in moulds, left to solidify, polished and embossed. It may have natural imperfections as a result of the casting process, making each bar unique.
Minted bullion is created by striking round and rectangle blanks (or other shapes) of precious metal between engraved dies, on all surfaces of the metal. This creates a uniformly finished product.

We will email you a link to complete this process, which only takes a couple of minutes (if applicable).
As per AUSTRAC requirements to comply with the 'Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006', creating an account and providing proof of identification is required for purchases above AU$5,000.00 or the foreign currency equivalent.
ID verification is also required when regular purchases are being made.

You will recieve an email automatically with an invoice attached and bank details printed on the invoice.

Yes! All of our products are 100% made in Hobart, by our small team from scratch.
We also design and make our embossing and coining dies, and the blanks for minted products (rounds).

When goods are available for sale on our website - we have the gold and silver to manufacture your order.
While we do carry stock, generally as fast as we make it , it goes out the door.

Save on shipping for smaller orders
For smaller orders, there is an option in the checkout to select 'hold my goods ship later.
This way you can purchase smaller bars, build them up, and then consolidate the orders into one parcel - to save on shipping the items individually.
